Join the Class Action
The law offices of Juroviesky LLP have filed a class action lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against Expedia Canada Corporation and Expedia.ca, alleging widespread violations of the Consumer Protection Act and the Competition Act, and certain common law causes of action.
In general, the suit claims damages for losses suffered by consumers of Expedia.ca as a result of being sold lodging accommodations and charged a non-itemized “taxes and service fees” charge, in violation of the aforementioned laws.
